Survey123 Crashing for Field Staff on Load

For the last 7 months or so we have been using an Experience and Survey123 to manage a specific portion of construction. For styling the survey is an edit existing records survey and we have a link in the experience for that.

There are a few people that have a much worse time with using this link than others. I'm looking for if there's anything I can do or tell them procedure-wise to minimize this.

Turn on logging to start with in 123 and see what it says.  Does it crash if you open form directly?  Are you passing in data that is too long for the field?  Look for any reserved works being used.  Post up the form.  Is the tablet low on memory?  Apps up to date
