Survey123 Connect not showing drop-downs for "Type" field in Excel 2007

I am using Survey123 connect for windows. I selected the advanced template and for some reason the "Type" drop-downs are not showing for me. I am on a windows 7 enterprise machine/64 bit, my version of Excel is 2007. Has anyone noticed this bug before?

Hi Gustavo,

Office 2007 is not supported; while the file format and many features are the same, there may be things that do not work.
