Survey123 answer restrictions based on previously submitted form

I am trying to create a Survey123 form that creates an error if someone enters data that is less than the previous form number they created. Is there a way to calculate restrictions for answers based on previous forms submitted? Could I automatically update a CSV file saved to the media folder based on previous forms submitted and then pull the data from that CSV? 

Basically, the form will ask a question for an odometer reading and the next time the user submits a form with an odometer reading I want them to be restricted to an answer that is greater than the last form they submitted.

Hi Shelby,

Survey123 forms cannot directly access information from previous form submittals.  If this is in an online context, you may be able to create a check using a beta feature, JavaScript function support.  Please refer to the Early Adopter Community for more information.
