I've run into a weird issue with an AGOL survey created in Survey123 Connect. I created it with the laptop form factor, and it looks fine in Connect. I then publish to AGOL. When I open the form using 'Open in browser', the survey displays in a mobile phone form factor, changing the layout and the icons. I can't figure out why this is so. The survey will be deployed on a web page, not in the Field App, so outside partners can take the survey.
Any idea why this is happening, and more importantly, how to fix it? Thanks.

@ZenMasterZeke The logic and functionality is all there, you just have to design the survey for use on the web app, which when you are used to the Connect format, entails a lot of back and forth tweaks and publishing to make sure it makes sense on the web app.
Quite a few things don't match perfectly from Connect to the Survey123 WebApp. When designing a survey for the web app in Connect I highly recommend you publish early and ensure the formatting in the web meets your expectations. Repeats for example, in Connect and the Field App adding addition records appears at the bottom of the group, while in the web app appears at the top.
If you are referring to the width of the survey in the web app, you can make the survey wider by adding "?width=1000 " (adjust appropriately) at the end of the url.
Thanks @Neal_t_k. I want to keep the layout/format from S123 Connect in either a browser or an app like Hub or Experience Builder. There's a lot of logic and formatting that doesn't display well in the S123 website format. It displays correctly in the desktop S123 app, but most survey users won't have the app.
The survey is designed to collect data from many organizations and agencies about their resources for substance use help, such as Narcan, treatment centers, safe syringe programs, etc. There are many possible repeats (one group of questions, but can be repeated many times), select multiples, relevant and calculated fields, etc. The website format just doesn't work well with this.

Thank you @Neal_t_k . Not what I wanted to hear 😑, but if I have to I have to.
Edit: Web Designer doesn't support repeats, and I have plenty of those in Connect.
@ZenMasterZeke Just use Connect to design, the web app supports repeats for surveys designed in Connect.
I did bring this up as an ESRI case, and they confirmed this behavior as well. They added it (displaying surveys created in Connect the same way in other apps as it appears in the field or desktop app) as a requested enhancement. Thanks again @Neal_t_k !
