Hi,
I am having trouble getting my survey to submit using the field app, but it is submitting fine through the web browser. I completed and published my form using Survey123 Connect, version 3.14.
I tested submitting my survey again today, and I was able to submit in the web browser. Then I tested the computer desktop app and I was able to submit. Then I tested the phone app, and I was NOT able to submit. Then I re-tested the computer desktop app, and I am NOT able to submit with that anymore. Then I tested the web browser, that still works.
Attached is my error code. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Looks like I accidentally had some text in the "DOB Data Quality" field in the calculation cell that should not of been there. Once I removed that and re-published, it now works fine in the web browser and all apps.
Thanks for the quick reply!
Attached is my xlsx of the form.
Also, wanted to mention that I tested the field app using both Android and iOS, and got the same results for both.
Thanks for sharing the xlsx.
I got a different error at 3.16 but I think the resolution is the same. I believe the issue is caused by the field length of some of the fields being too short, especially if multiple choices can be selected. In my test I happened to choose two races and immediately saw the issue. When I increased the field length for this field I could send the surveys successfully.
If you enable logging on the field app, try to submit data, then inspect the logs you can look at the data in the applyedits call and I would compare this to your field lengths.
Hope this helps
Thanks for looking into this @Richard_Purkis
I updated the field lengths for the following fields: race, documents, type_of_support, and history_of_convention. I then republished the feature service, adjusted the lengths in the XLS form, and republished the survey.
I then tested it on:
Attached is my log and updated XLS form.
I am not sure what else to check on this. Thanks.
