Survey Image Not Updating In 'My Surveys' With Refresh

Dear ESRI Community and staff,

We have a survey we update quarterly for field staff. We change the survey image date to let staff know when we have updated the survey. Today, the image won't refresh in My Surveys. Below is the updated survey dated JULY 2019, however when we press the cloud refresh button...

...the OLD survey image (below) doesn't update like it used to and still says JAN 2019. We even tried signing out and logging back in, closing the app and restarting, and updated the Survey 123 app to the newest version 3.3.64.

Hi Lorence,

One thing to check is that your new 'July 2019' thumbnail image isn't using uppercase letters in the file extension. Currently, only lowercase (eg .png or .jpg) file extensions are supported. 

Please confirm and let me know.
