Survey form not submitting on web link

Hello,

We have multiple partners entering data via a web form URL to our survey123. There had been no issues with over 400 points submitted this way, until it seems the past few months, when data is entered and they hit submit, it never confirms, just continues to say "submitting" and then partial data is present.

Any help is appreciated, as we have field crews currently out in the field.

Hi Kathleen,

Have you tried a test submission to verify that it's working? If possible, do that while having Developer Tools (available in all browsers) open to see if any errors occur.
