survey 123 connect integer function

Hi,

I have created and published a survey with survey123 connect. I put questions related to age and income but unfortunately after sending the survey I do not see any information regarding age, or income in my output data. So shortly I can say that I do not find answers related to numerical questions when I go to analyze my data

But all other information is there like name, profession, etc,

Please let me know the solution.

Thanks for your reply, I attached the xlsform and analysis photo here. So I collect data but when I go to analyze and data function, I don't see any output related to integer types of question e.g. age, income.

The Numbers appearance is not supported in the Web App. I wonder if it is trying to render the form in the web app but it fails.

Does the field exist in the feature service?

If you publish a new survey without the appearance set to Numbers, fill a survey, does it work as expected?

Also would recommend sharing the full .xlsx form if you can when posting questions. Really helps. And survey version.
