Spike and Survey123 form no longer exists?

The Spike form used to be available via Survey 123  Connect under "Samples". Has it been moved to a different location or inadvertently deleted? I tried searching there and under various other categories. Thanks.

Hi Robert

Thanks for raising this issue. The method for making samples available in Survey123 Connect was modified in version 3.10 and unfortunately there was an issue with the Spike sample item which meant it could not be accessed in version 3.9 or earlier. The issue is resolved and the Spike sample should now be available - please let me know if you have any further issues accessing it in Connect.
