Share Link Not Opening in Field App - opening Apple Store/Google Play page

  • User downloads Survey123 Field App for Windows on a Windows machine.
  • User clicks the survey URL that will allow the survey to open in the Survey123 field app directly
  • User is then directed to a webpage with the user is directed to a ArcGIS  Survey123 box and Apple Store/Google Play icons
  • This is a mature survey - we've been using since 2018 with no issues - seems to be a new issue - can anyone help?

Hello @DougEades-KYEM, 

This was an intended change with our 3.15 release, please check out this documentation for more information. Unfortunately at the moment Survey123 links aren't supported on Windows, we have ENH-000151516 logged to support this functionality.
