Someone is sending survey forms he collected on the field. He's sending on portal updating also the data on server before It was working. He was sending data yesterday and Now he's not sending. He receives Only "Send Error" and the Number of surveys that were not submitted. Below There is screenshot attached
Can new records be added to the service through a Web Map or Web App in the ArcGIS Enterprise Portal? If new records can not be added to the service through ArcGIS Enterprise Portal Survey123 won't be able to add those records either.
If you grab the diagnostic logs, as well as the ArcGIS Server logs are there any additional error messages in the logs?
Worst case scenario the data can be recovered from the device and after some modifications should be able to be submitted from a desktop machine.
