Run Survey123 on PC

I know that you can download the Survey123 mobile app. 

I know there is the PC app that allows you to create and publish your forms.

Is there a PC application that will allow me to enter data similar to the mobile application?

Have you tried downloading the Survey123 App for your PC?  Please select the appropriate download for your PC's OS in from the resource linked below...

I agree that the download of Survey123 can be difficult to find.  To let you know, there is a current Enhancement that has been logged related to this issue, which is listed as the following...

ENH-000100077 - Improve accessibility of downloads for new versions of Survey123 for ArcGIS Connect and Survey123 for ArcGIS app.
