When I open an existing survey record in a web browser, the information I initially collected through reverse geocoding shows up empty.

the initial submission collects the data successfully, but Its like the moment I go to pull up the record to edit, it gets erased.  Anyone know if this is a known issue?

Hi Austin,

I'm unable to reproduce the issue you describe. I can store the results of a reverse geocode operation and then edit the address (for example) in the website Data tab and save successfully to the feature service. Just to clarify, you can view the reverse geocoding output in the Data tab successfully, but then it disappears when you attempt to edit it? Can you verify the data capture was successful in ArcGIS Online / Enterprise? Are you using the same account to submit & edit the record?

Please feel free to attach your XLSForm if you'd like me to troubleshoot further.

Regards,

Brett
