Resolver en survey 123 connect Error al convertir XLSForm: 'XLRDError' Object has no attribute 'message'

Hola a todos!
Como puedo resolver este problema? (ver imagen)
cuando actualizo desde Survey 123 connect, no tengo problema, pero cuando abro el XLSForm y genero cualquier cambio este no se actualiza y tira el error.
adicionalmente si recien creo otro formulario, una vez abro el excel es te no se sincroniza cuando guardo.
Por favor, como puedo resolver el tema.

Debia cambiar la confidencialidad desde el XLSForm.

To confirm,this issue has been linked to the confidentiality settings of the XLSForm. These can vary, but for Microsoft standard classfications a level of "Confidential External" is required at a minimum, "Confidential Internal" and higher classifications will prevent the form working and result in this error.
