"Note question contains a value in the name column," but there is no name!

After running the analyze survey tool, there is a notice that 

Note question contains a value in the name column: 

However, none of my notes have a name in the name column! (outside of the generated notes). What's going on here? !

I copied a known empty cell to all the note names, and solved. The problem happened likely from web designer to connect.
