Publishing Survey gets hung up

Trying to republish a survey, no data to get overwritten , but it gets hung up when trying to delete a service item.

James and Carl. I did speak with technical support and the problem is a bug in the optional "other" field.

So I had to delete the "other" text and then retype it again. This happened to me twice so I applied the same fix and it worked both times.
