Public survey results and story map require login

First time Survey123 user and very new to GIS

I have created a survey that I am able to share easily and with no issues. The results and story map however are another story. All attempts to make things available to Everyone does not seem to keep a login prompt from appearing when using a device not logged into ArcGIS. Is this an issue with my organization's permissions?

I have attached screenshots of my settings - any and all help/recommendations will be greatly appreciated!

I am also trying to confirm that the map is set to share with Everyone, and from the setting I access in story maps it appears to be set to public
