HI everybody,
I've published a public survey on my company's Portal and everything was working without any issue since a couple of weeks ago.
Then the survey was no more reachable due to the following error:
It seems to be a problem on the CloudFront server.
Any of you is experiencing the same issue?
Can you help me?
P.S. Due to security policy our Portal is reachable only through VPN connection

I'm also having the same problem.
Here it was resolved.
A policy that came with a Firewall update was blocking the survey123.arcgis.com form.
The people who take care of the Firewall managed to solve it.
Do you have any specifics on what the people who manage the firewall had to allow?

I don't have the specs, but I'll ask them. As soon as I have it, I'll post it here.
The people who manage the firewall said that they freed up inbound traffic, coming from AWS to the Arcgis Portal machine.
I'm in contact with ESRI Support, still trying to fix it.

I have a survey published on AGO but with a Feature Service on our external server. I can sometime submit a survey but sometimes I get the 504 error. It seems really random, I can't find a pattern. I'm thinking it may some security/firewall running and blocking. Any ideas welcome.
