Problems with pulldata function in Survey 123

I am having trouble implementing the pulldata function using Survey123. I have a CSV file that contains site names and the address, city, district. That CSV has been put into the media folder of my survey. I believe my calculation formula is correct. When I go into my survey, the site name simply doesn't populate or return any value. Any help would be appreciated.

Copy the name column values from your sitename choice list over your pulldata file values and it returns Address, City, County values in the survey.  The values didn't match and there were a lot of special characters in that pulldata file.

Just replace your pulldata file with this one and it works.

I am also experiencing the same issue with my pulldata() function in my survey for collecting movable assets for municipalities using barcode scanning.
