How do I print out a paper survey to leave in places for people to fill out later? I saw some old replies pointing out a way, but when I follow up link, it disappears...
Maybe I am misunderstanding. Do you mean like an actual, physical printout?
Just format your report template with the blank spaces. It is essentially a normal word document, and you can format it however you like.
Open your Survey in Survey123 Connect.
Select the ellipses on the left side and Choose Open in Survey123 Web App.
When it opens press <ctrl-p> to print it.
