Previously published survey no longer displaying images in notes.

I published a survey in Survey123 Online last week with several images and questions based on each image. Each image is hosted on ArcGIS online and is shared publically (with everyone). I published the survey without issue and it looked great. 

I checked on it again this week before sending it out to find that all the photos had disappeared from the survey. I opened the design tab again and added a photo back into each question. When I tried publishing again I recived the following message:

Any idea why the photos would have worked fine before then suddenly changed? Or how I can avoid this in the future so the survey lasts longer than one week?

Hi,

Did you refer to your images with the links that are present in this message?  If so, there would be an issue as the token that is part of the link has a limited lifespan and likely expired.
