Prepopulate survey questions but only using survey123

Hello,

Is there a way I can prepopulate survey questions, but the user is only using survey123 no field maps. We have a map with the existing points and a table and I want to add that info onto the survey questions without the user using field maps.

Hi @EmilySpeck

I believe this should be possible - most probably through URL parameters and adding the link to a pop up in your ArcGIS Online web map - does this sound like what you'd like to do?

If so, could you let me know if you're wanting to update existing points on your map using Survey123, or, are you wanting to create new points based off already existing points?

Thanks,

Issy

Kind of low tech but anything with a URL list could work.  Maybe an Excel sheet hosted in Office 365 that you update in the office (copy or script it) then they have this excel on their tablet and launch from there.  Or a Word doc or even a sharepoint page.  You can also host a CSV in AGOL that you both access.  I am assuming you need offline here otherwise if online can just use AGOL in a browser.
