Does Power Automate only work with ArcGIS Online or can we use it with Enterprise?

Thank you, Zach. I may have to reach out to Microsoft like you suggest.

Hi all,

I've tried following the steps here : https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/how-to-create-an-arcgis-survey123-connector-for-micros.... However, I'm still stuck at the step 7. I've tried to create a new connection and tried to sign with different administrator account but still failed.

Is there any suggestion to fix the issue?

Thanks.

@NurFarahHannanAhmadI think it only works with paid subscription of Power Automate now. If you have  a paid subscription of Power Automate and it is still not working then this would be a good Esri tech support question.

Thank you,
Abi

I keep getting this error when trying to create the connection:

I've tried using the new ArcGIS Enterprise connector using Set up the ArcGIS Enterprise connector—ArcGIS for Microsoft 365 | Documentation and creating a custom connection using with Survey123 directly using How To: Create an ArcGIS Survey123 Connector for Microsoft Power Automate for Use with Arc (esri.com...

Either way I get the same error.

@Becca_Unfortunately, I do not have access to Power Automate premium license and as such cannot test what you are experiencing.
