Only show S123 collection of an address IF the address is searched in Web Map - like a hidden layer.

Hi Team, 

I collect information on addresses using Survey123. 

What I would like to do is have a hidden layer in a way.... so the layer is only available if you are geolocated within a certain radius of that address, or if you search that address in a web map. 

Is this possible?

If so, would love some advice on where to start.
