Need to create a survey connected to an existing feature layer.

I want to create a survey to update an existing (hosted) feature layer. It says I need Survey 123 Connect to do that, but I can't find anywhere where to purchase or download/access that. Can someone help?

ArcGIS Survey123 Connect can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store of from our Resources documentation.

If I use Survey123 connect to make a survey will that survey be usable on the regular Survey123 app in the field?
