My surveys are not loading in Chrome or Firefox. They load OK in Microsoft Edge. Did something change?

How did you create your survey, via Connect or Web Designer? Was it working previously and now stopped, if so did you make any changes to the survey?
If you created via Connect, can you please share your survey xlsx form and any external media files, so we can take a closer look.
Alternatively, can you also try to clear the cache of all your browsers (delete history, cache files etc), and load the survey in web app again.
