Mobile App won't allow answers to be input for repeats

I have a survey that was created and published this spring.  Now after a few dormant months, the nested repeats are grayed out in the form on the mobile app and no data can be entered.  When I work in Survey123 connect, I can populate and validate the fields. 

Attached is the table.  No changes were made on our end, but sometime this late summer/early fall the survey quit working.

Hi Jamie,

The repeat section is set to be read-only; this causes the questions within the repeat to also be read-only.
