Hi, what's the file size limitation for sideloading a *.tpk file onto a device for Survey123? I can see a very poor resolution 83Mb custom imagery file, but not a nicely detailed (which I need to have) 3Gb or 4Gb .tpk file

As In, if I load the 83Mb file into the maps folder on the device, I can see it as a basemap to be used in survey123, but the 3 & 4Gb files aren't listed as a basemap option.

I've got it down to around 450Mb, but it still won't load in survey123. But I've uploaded it to AGOL and I can see it without any issues.

Hi Carl,

Currently there is a 2GB limit for tile packages being downloaded to 32-bit devices.

Please take a look at the following help documentation which explains this...

I have 9 GB of tpk files that I am side loading to a variety of devices for use in Survey. All of them are larger than 400MB. They are working across different mobile devices, the only limitation being your devices available memory to store them, not a Survey limitation.
