MapStory Shortlist from a Survey123 form

I created a form using Survery123 and I got also (pictures as) attachments.
I created a Story Map Shortlist and chose to use a "life" map (meaning that I use a specific schema for my Excel design of my survey - NAME, TAB_NAME, PIC_URL, THUMB_URL, SHORT_DESC and so on)

In order to display my (picture) attachments I NEED!!!! the URL of the picture (and URL of my thumbnail).

QUESTION: HOW CAN I GET THE URL OF AN (PICTURE) ATTACHMENT?
