Hello,
I have prepared a survey with Survey123 Connect and uploaded it to our Portal site. When I tested the survey, the search function in map works correctly (see screenshot below), but when a colleague tried to test the same survey, the search function does not return any result. They receive a No Results message.
What am I doing wrong?

The solution was to activate View content shared with organization under Content
With the assistance of Esri tech support, we have narrowed the cause to the custom user role the colleague is using. I will update when we figure out which role privilege is essential for the map search function to work.
