THANK YOU ZACH! It was the wrong setting in the Feature Layer that was preventing me from seeing any of the points in any of the Map View or Web Map. I don't know how the What features can editors see/Editors can't see any features, even those they add was getting set, but changing that to something else worked! What should the proper settings be for public surveys and can you please post a link about creating a view if that's the preferred for public surveys. Thanks again for your help.
