Making my survey form mandatory

Hello,

I have set up a survey 123 form within the worforce app. I have created assignments within workforce and have set the assignment within the line data. How can i make it compulsory to fill out the form before the close out assignment. 

The problem is the workers dont fill out form before closing assignments.
