I'm running into an issue with using an mmpk for offline data collection in S123. I have tried loading the map package using the linked content route, the media file folder in S123 Connect, and copying directly the package directly to the device. All routes work to load the map successfully when the device has cell service, but the map will not load when working without service or on airplane mode. Could it be an issue with the size of the mmpk? Any thoughts on why this is happening are appreciated. Thanks!
