Limit Repeat when Using Related Feature Service

Hello, I currently have a form created in Connect that utilizes a relational feature service.  The form collects new data for the related table.  I have a repeat setup to add data to the related table and would like to limit it to only allow 1 record to be entered.  Does anyone have an idea as to how this can be done?

Chris, so I followed the suggested solution and got it to publish however, the form does not show the repeat/related table any longer.  The only thing that shows on the device is the name of the related table/repeat but no questions.  I added a new field to the parent feature service (not the related table) with _count at the end.  I tried 1 & 2 & 10 as values in the repeat_count option in connect with no luck.  When I remove the repeat_count values the form is back to normal and functioning properly.  Any additional ideas?
