Large icon buttons for selection, once selected and completed, auto store and refresh for next survey?

I am trying to create a survey for our transmission line crew.  I would like to display rather large issue icons on the screen.  They would select one, then hit the check mark in the corner to complete.  It would then auto store the survey for sending later and refresh to a new survey.  Is this possible?  If so, how?  I am looking for a rather quick capture solution as they are in a helicopter traveling around 30 mph.

Our biggest issue with 123 has been speed.  It is kinda clunky still.

Exactly what I was looking for.  Has Esri even marketed this?  I wasn't aware of it.

It was actually a Blog post today - that is why I remembered.

ArcGIS QuickCapture 1.1 is now available across all supported platforms. 

Not sure why they made a separate app - Hopefully they will roll some of this into 123 and start working on the speed of data entry.
