Workflow below:

  1. Survey123 Connect: Publish Survey containing a repeat (table)
  2. Add resulting layer AGOL Map Viewer
  3. Run Join Feature to join feature service with related table (globalid to parentglobalid - ONE TO MANY). Also checked "Create results as hosted feature layer view"
  4. Obtain error: "Unable to add feature service definition"

Notes:

  • The hosted feature layer view is created but not accessible (error message provided)
  • I'll be using the join table to produce a Dashboard summarizing data
  • I was able to run the tool in the past without errors with a Survey generated the same way

Hi Javier,

This is the same issue you asked about in the Early Adopter Community, correct?

Correct James.

By the way. I figured out the issue. My survey had three fields that were named with reserved words (Organization, Group, and State). These fields were flag, so I looked at the validation error from Excel and eureka. However, given the ripple effects, it was a bit disappointing that Connect allowed me to publish.

What are your thoughts on this?

Let me know if you'd like me to post this same message in the Early Adopter Community.

Thanks for following up.
