Is there a way to recover lost data after republishing a survey?

I know I should have paid attention to the prompt, but I didn't think the changes I made would eliminate my data.  Please help if possible.

The data can be retrieved from the devices used in the field if the Sent boxes have not been emptied. I am not sure how many devices and surveys have been uploaded and if this is possible for you. There is a section on recovering data from a mobile device here: Troubleshoot—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS .

Thanks, I was able to recover the data.  I had to get it off of my phone and it was in SQLite, so relatively hard to understand but I figured out how to read it and just resubmitted with the old data.
