Is there a way to import survey data directly into either excel or google sheets, Via data scraping not downloading. I am looking to have live updates from the survey feed directly into an excel/ google sheet?

I am looking to Scrape data from the Analyze page or data page to have it directly show up in either google sheets or excel. I have tried IMPORTHTML and entered the url: https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/c0b70f53fefc4a7494053cede1202e9b/result

I am trying to scrape the data from the first table

Any ideas?

Hi Rudy,

I would recommend taking a look at the integration of Survey123 with webhooks.  This would be a method to input submitted data directly into Google Sheets.  You can find more information related to the integration of Survey123 and webhooks by checking out the following resources...

Hello Brandon,

I'm attempting to perform the same function as Rudy but having difficulty configuring Google Sheets.  My module workflow is the following:  Survey123 (Watch Survey) to a Router which branches off to Email (Send an Email) and Google Sheets (Add a Row).  My ultimate goal would be to have an email notification sent, for not only alerting my users to a new survey posting, but also based on reaching a date listed within my Survey123 form.  Folks have suggested using the Google Sheets "Add a Row" in conjunction with "Search Rows" to achieve the desirable result.  I haven't gotten to the "Search Rows" yet...I am still stuck on how to configure Google Sheets "Add a Row" to work.  Specifically, what to select for Spreadsheet and Sheet in the configuration window.

Can you please assist?  Or, can you suggest something entirely different within Integromat that I could use as a module workflow to achieve the desired result?

Thank you for your time.

Jeff

Hi Jeff,

It looks like you have another GeoNet thread which is active with this discussion here, but I hope you find the following resources helpful...

As a primary resource, I would recommend watching the 'Automate Workflows with Integromat' which can be found here.   This video was created by Jim Moore‌ in order to highlight the Survey123 automation workflows with Survey123.

You can find Integromat documentation related to working with the Google Sheets module here: Google Sheets – Integromat Support

You can also find templates for Survey123 which provide step-by-step integration with other apps here: Survey123 Integrations | Integromat

As for a recommended workflow to accomplish your goal, it sounds like the method that has been suggested by others could work.

Hope this helps,

Brandon

Hi Brandon,

I really appreciate you taking the time to construct and forward all the pertinent links.

Yes, I have another thread going but saw you had contributed some additional insight related to my inquiry and was curious about your suggestions on the topic.

Thanks again and I will touch base when I have reached a conclusive resolution.

Jeff
