Integromat and Enterprise 10.9 bug

Just in case others don't already know, there is a bug with Integromat and 10.9:

Integromat webhook configured to listen to a survey submitted in Survey123 set up in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9, fails when a record is submitted via Survey123 Field App

I am currently using Power Automate as a work around.

I'm new to enterprise and have run into some issues with the survey123 connector in power automate. Did you have to create a custom connector in order to use your survey published with enterprise?
