Information not transferring from Sent folder to Inbox folder when a survey is submitted.

We use Survey123 to keep track of crews that are actively working in the field.  With the latest Survey123 when a crew submits a survey, or "checks out the field" the survey only shows in the sent folder and doesn't show up in the inbox.  The survey showing up in the inbox is how they always checked that it actually went through and at the end of the day the crew edits the survey in the inbox to "check back in from the field".  Is there a way to once again get information in the sent folder to appear in the inbox folder?

Hello Michelle Gerdes‌, 

This is expected behavior in response to BUG-000124186. It is now recommended that both the Sent box and Inbox are not enabled at the same time if you would like multiple users to continually edit and update existing responses.
