Images do not show up when I access a survey from my 'Inbox'.

I have a Survey in survey123. In de service there are some images as a attachment but they do not show up when I access a survey from my "Inbox" I even can not take a new photo. When I collect a new point every thing is normal.

Can I take or add a new photo to a existing inspection?
