Image Tag in Survey123 Label

Is it possible to use an image in the media folder to add an img tag in HTML in the label of a question?  I've gotten this to work with images hosted on a web server, but it doesn't display anything if I try to reference it from the media folder.

Have you check the sample survey from Connect to use media folder with image for lables of questions?

No, I had already looked at this.  These images are for choices in a list.  I want to be able to add an image and text for each question label in a single-choice grid.  For example, I want the following to work if I enter it for the label of the first question in a single-choice grid:

<img src="question1.png"> Question 1

It works if I use images on a web server, but I can't reference the media folder this way.

Thanks for the clarification. We currently do not fully support using the image in media folder for single choice grid(table-list) in Connect. You would need to use your workaournd with image hosted on a web server till we fully support this feature in Connect.

Not sure what you are looking for but if you happen to want larger images that people tap on then take a look at the Esri QuickCapture app.
