I have a map along with address data in my web designer form but I can't use line or poly

I have a web designer form that contains address fields and a map.  I have all of the address fields set as address text only but i would like to use a line or poly but when i try to switch from point to line/poly i am unable to.  Any suggestions?

@TimothyKing2   I am guessing you are getting a message like shown in the screenshot below?

The map question supports collecting either a point, a line or a polygon.  You can only choose the type of geometry when the survey is in draft mode (not published).  Once a survey is published, you cannot change the geometry type.

I am guessing your survey has been published already.  If you go into the survey gallery, you can duplicate your survey and then set the geometry type  before you publish. This will create a second survey on which you will be able to change the geometry type of the map question.
