Hi,
I would like to have the location data of each collected feature in my Survey123 as a part of unique ID for that feature, without using an external table or a datasheet. I already combined "date and time" and zipcode which works good, but I prefer Survey123 produce the unique ID automatically by adding 3 digits of lat/Long data to the Date and Time and show it as a read only "note".
Does anybody have any Idea?
Thanks
Hi Dariush,
Please look at the pulldata('@geopoint',...) functionality - https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2016/11/03/extracting-information-from-geopoint-que... and Geopoints—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS .

Thank you so much, James. The instruction in the link that you provided totally worked. I got another question, though;
to limit the survey area, is there any chance we can use a geographical boundary rather than the Lat/Long numbers?
Thanks
Currently there is not a method to constrain a survey to an arbitrary geographical boundary; we are looking into ways to do that in a future release.
