Just created a survey form that has many questions with all lower case question names by latest Survey123 Connect 3.13.

Tried to author the survey to match an existing feature layer based on Oracle DB that has all fields names as upper case, updated form_id and submission_url properties on the settings tab, based on official documents:

https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/survey123withexistingfeatureservices.htm

https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000014835

https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/working-with-existing-feature-services-in-arcgis...

However, when tried to publish the survey, it reported error because of the lower case survey question name and upper case feature layer field name. Just did a quick test, after changing the survey form question name to upper case then it worked well.

Question is are there any setting to make the Survey question name to be case insensitive? Because just want to keep the question name as lower case especially there are many names are used in calculation column.

Thanks for any suggestion!

Hi Ming

There is no option to ignore the capitalization of field names in the survey.

If you need to replace the calculations then i would propose you do a find and replace to make it faster.
