How do I set it up so that I receive notification when a new survey point is collected?

I am using Survey123 with a wide variety of people in the field collecting at random times.  I want to get a notification so I don't have to go in to look at the map to see if anyone posted anything.  Thanx.......... jt

You may also be interested in Webhooks, which can be used to achieve email notifications via a third party webhook provider, currently we have this in a 2.7 beta version of Connect and the App: https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2017/12/04/survey123-beta-update

Hi Philip,

I was wondering if Webhooks or this notification system works with Collector. We collect species data using Collector and want to setup a notification system so that when a specific type of observation is made, the concerning department is notified. Any advice/ suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Pankaj,

The documentation and blogs described above are for Survey123 specifically, where we have implemented webhooks as part of an internal feature in the app. For webhook support in Collector I suggest you check the Collector documentation or post in the Collector GeoNet forum.
