How can I delete specific Sent data - Survey123 Field App

Hello,

We are using the Survey123 field app to collect utility information using our Samsung 7 phones.

Is it possible to select one completed survey under the the "Sent" section and choose to delete without deleting all the other sent surveys?

It appears the only option is to "Empty" which clears everything out.

Hi Jeff,

At the moment, it is not possible to remove individual surveys from the 'Sent' folder.  You can completely disable the Sent folder, using the 'Sent Surveys' tab in the Settings for the survey within Survey123 Connect.  Can you please share the workflow which would benefit from being a able to clear individual surveys from the Sent folder?

Thank you for your comment.

The workflow is essentially one of "tidying up".  We were testing our connections with Integromat and have some surveys that were only test runs mixed in with live runs.

Brandon Armstrong‌ we would like to second this item. Here is a simple example of this source of confusion for users. 

User submits a Survey on 5/11 but it’s bad. Team deletes the bad Survey from the back end. User re-submits a good Survey for 5/11. User goes into Sent box on device and sees both Surveys. Raises concerns for field staff on whether the good Survey is there and being used.
