Hello I work at a county run mosquito control. I am making a form for our residents to fill out on our website to track where they are having mosquito problems. The survey looks correct in Survey123 Connect and it functions just fine on my phone. However when I open it in a web browser I am getting a small map with a topo map instead of the . This is causing my points to be placed off the west coast of Africa instead of the address I search in the mini map.
