I have a form created in Survey 123 Connect that uses multiple csv pulldata requests. It appears to work perfectly in the field app, but I am getting an Error: Initializing form...Bad Request message upon trying to open it in a browser. If you close the error message in the browser it appears that you have access to the form, but it does not react as it should: enforced formatting isn't enacted, dropdown menus do not appear, and messages based on concatenation of previous questions do not appear.
Is there a guide to troubleshoot specifically for web browser use? This form needs to work in the office and in the field.

To note, this was followed up over e-mail. The issue was that the web form requires exact capitalization match for accessing files, such as pulldata CSV files.
