Hi, I'm experiencing a bug on reporting with iPhone SE. This did not happen before I used older iOS version.
I also looked at iPhone 11 and this bug doesn't happen.
Steps to reproduce the bug:
Expected result: the form should be seen correctly
Actual result: the form is cut, user can't see the fields names

Which version of the Survey123 field app are you using? If not using 3.7, can you please update the field app and let us know the results?
It would be great if you could also share your XLSForm if possible.

The field application is version used is 3.7

Thank you for raising this issue, I can see the behavior that you outlined above. If possible, it would be great if you could raise this issue with Esri Technical Support and have them log an official BUG . This will allow you and others to track the progress of a fix and help the development team keep track of how many other Survey123 users are being affected.
We will updater this thread as well when the issue has been addressed.
